摘要
阐述集成电路芯片设计与应用课程体系的构建,探讨实践环节设计方案,采用分层次、分阶段的方式,将硬件与软件结合、物理验证与仿真分析结合,进一步加强学生工程实践能力的培养.
Abstract
This paper expounds the construction of the course system for integrated circuit chip design and application,explores the design scheme for practical aspects,adopts a hierarchical and phased approach,combines hardware and software,physical verification and simulation analysis,and further strengthens the cultivation of students'engineering practical abilities.
