Abstract
This paper describes the role and principle of electronically controlled EGR control for high-pressure common rail diesel engines,and explores effective EGR control strategies,including open-loop control,double closed-loop control,EGR valve control,and condition based EGR control,in order to reduce exhaust pollutant emissions and optimize engine performance.
