阐述基于NX MCD的曲轴自动生产线数字孪生系统设计,通过数字化建模、虚拟仿真和优化算法,实现对生产线的实时监测、预测和优化,实现曲轴生产线的数字化转型.
Abstract
This paper expounds the design of a digital twin system for an automatic crankshaft production line based on NX MCD.Through digital modeling,virtual simulation,and optimization algorithms,real-time monitoring,prediction,and optimization of the production line are achieved,achieving the digital transformation of the crankshaft production line.
