摘要

阐述应力对二维过渡金属硫族化合物光学性质的调控效应,分析晶格畸变对其的影响,以及应力引起的晶格畸变和相应的光学性质变化,为设计和制备特定光学性能的二维材料提供指导.

Abstract

This paper describes the regulatory effect of stress on the optical properties of two-dimensional transition metal chalcogenides,analyzes the influence of lattice distortion on them,as well as the lattice distortion and corresponding optical property changes caused by stress,providing guidance for the design and preparation of two-dimensional materials with specific optical properties.
