阐述电梯安全性能的影响因素,分析电梯检验检测中的问题及原因,提出强化策略,包括规范电梯检验程序和方法、统一操作流程和评估指标、完善电梯检验监管机制和责任分配.
Abstract
This paper expounds the influencing factors of elevator safety performance,analyzes the problems and causes in elevator inspection and detection,and proposes strengthening strategies,including standardizing elevator inspection procedures and methods,unifying operating procedures and evaluation indicators,improving elevator inspection supervision mechanisms and responsibility allocation.
