Abstract
This paper expounds the characteristics and composition of intelligent instruments,explores the application of intelligent instruments,including the combination of information technology,system debugging,standards for independent IP intelligent instruments,electricity metering and billing,improvement of auxiliary systems,and debugging of secondary systems for substations.
