阐述一种基于分层治理的复杂配网单线图生成方法,该方法采用多层的分层治理框架,将问题分解为多个子问题,针对每个层次进行优化和决策,从而高效、精确地生成复杂配网单线图.
Abstract
This paper expounds a method for generating complex distribution network single line diagrams based on hierarchical governance.This method adopts a multi-layer hierarchical governance framework,decomposes the problem into multiple sub problems,optimizes and makes decisions for each level,and efficiently and accurately generates complex distribution network single line diagrams.
