Abstract
This paper describes microfluidic and computer graphics and image analysis techniques,which can enhance microscopic analysis capabilities and achieve visualization and automation of microscopic experimental information.Imaging technology has improved image quality,and through computer-aided analysis,more information on micro environmental changes can be obtained.
