Analysis of Abnormal Signal Acquisition Cases in Engine CNC System
This paper expounds the numerical control system of a certain type of engine with dual numerical control channel circuit as the object,analyzes the data of engine shutdown caused by abnormal signal collection,and through decomposition inspection,performance testing,component failure analysis,and semi physical testing,confirms the cause of shutdown and proposes improvement measures.
