摘要

阐述功能性传感器和超级电容器的灵敏度、电容保持率和响应时间,探讨集成设备中的不同传感器件类型,包括力传感、温度传感、气体传感、多功能传感特点.分析该类集成设备储能性能和灵敏度的优化策略.

Abstract

This paper expounds the sensitivity,capacitance retention and response time of functional sensors and supercapacitors,and discusses the characteristics of different sensor types in integrated equipment,including force sensing,temperature sensing,gas sensing,and multi-functional sensing.It analyzes the optimization strategies for energy storage performance and sensitivity of such integrated devices.
