提出中国AI芯片产业突破的建议,包括以风投共同出资的方式,做大国家AI芯片产业大基金力量、以百亿美元级别的重点产业订单加速本土AI芯片的产业化、形成吸引人才流入的产业高地.
Abstract
This paper expounds the suggestions for breakthroughs in China's AI chip industry,including jointly investing in venture capital to expand the national AI chip industry fund,accelerating the industrialization of local AI chips with key industry orders worth billions of dollars,and forming an industrial highland that attracts talent inflows.
