摘要

阐述设计的一款高输入电压、双节串联、线性充电管理芯片.通过外接电流检测电阻可实现高精度的充电电流.其内部有热反馈电路,可以对充电过程中的芯片温度加以控制.结果测试显示,芯片过压、过流、短路保护功能齐全.

Abstract

This paper describes the design of a high input voltage,dual section series connection,linear charging management chip.High precision charging current can be achieved by detecting resistance through external current.It has a thermal feedback circuit inside,which can control the temperature of the chip during the charging process.The test results show that the chip has complete protection functions for overvoltage,overcurrent,and short circuit.
