This paper describes a time division multiplexing method that can complete all DRAM and master control ZQ calibration requirements with only a small(or even a single)number of ZQ PINs.This method can effectively reduce the number of DDR storage unit pins,meet the initial design goals,and has a positive effect on the research of high-speed and stable DDR storage units.
