一种40Mbps传输速率的光纤数据接口芯片设计

阐述设计的一种40Mbps光纤数据接口的芯片,传输速率是20Mbps光纤数据接口芯片的1.6倍,传输延时达到20ns,抖动时间稳定在0.04ns,占空比达到44.19%,信号传输能力稳定且输出信号不失真.在此基础上,将芯片和LED封装在一起,该芯片可以为LED稳定提供3.5~4mA的工作电流,降低整体功耗.该芯片适合数字光学数据链接和数字音频接口.
Design of a Fiber Optic Data Interface Chip with a 40Mbps Transmission Rate
This paper expounds the design of a 40Mbps optical fiber data interface chip.The transmission rate is 1.6 times that of the 20Mbps optical fiber data interface chip,the transmission delay reaches 20ns,the jitter time is stable at 0.04ns,the duty cycle reaches 44.19%,the signal transmission capacity is stable and the output signal is not distorted.On this basis,it packages the chip and the LED together,which can stably provide 3.5~4mA operating current for the LED,reducing the overall power consumption.The chip is suitable for digital optical data links and digital audio interfaces.
