摘要

阐述由PCI-1710U采集卡和Matlab构建的大型压机压板应变监测系统可以实时监测HPZ7102型单层压机上下两块压板间的受力变形,精准度误差在0.32%以内,测量范围在20MPa以内.

Abstract

This paper describes that the strain monitoring system for large press plates constructed by PCI-1710U acquisition card and Matlab can monitor the stress deformation between the upper and lower pressure plates of the HPZ7102 single-layer press in real time,with an accuracy error of within 0.32%and a measurement range of within 20MPa.
