摘要

阐述设计的一种高频电源电磁兼容优化设计方案,引入片上去耦电容进行噪声滤除,并进行误差补偿.通过实验对比,该方案应用后高频电源电磁辐射的数值和范围均显著缩小,符合相关要求.

Abstract

This paper expounds high-frequency power supply electromagnetic compatibility optimization design scheme,which introduces on-chip coupling capacitors for noise filtering and error compensation.Through experimental comparison,the value and range of electromagnetic radiation from the high-frequency power supply were significantly reduced after the application of this scheme,which meets the relevant requirements.
