Abstract
This paper expounds the necessity of developing a new type of power system,analyzes new paths for development,including electricity supply with new energy as the main body,building an efficient energy allocation platform,tapping into the potential demand for load side resources,transforming from total quantity balance to spatial balance,and realizing the informatization of the new energy system.
