This paper describes the types of electrical and electronic technologies based on information technology,analyzes servo motor drive technology and mechatronics integration technology,explores the support and driving role of information technology in the development of electrical and electronic technology,and proposes the integration development strategy of electrical and electronic technology and information technology.
