摘要

阐述虚拟电厂中的充电网技术和发展现状.因虚拟电厂对分布式能源能够进行灵活有效地管理,使其逐渐发展成为电网及能源互联网中的重要组成部分,而充电网则是对虚拟电厂的有效实践.

Abstract

This paper expounds the charging network technology and development status in virtual power plants.Since virtual power plants can flexibly and effectively manage distributed energy,they have gradually developed into an important part of the power grid and the energy Internet,and the charging network is an effective practice of virtual power plants.
