摘要

阐述传统电力调控的局限性、电力调控一体化的定义和目标、优势和意义.提出基于智能电网的电力调控一体化技术与框架,分析面临的挑战与解决方案,包括安全与隐私保护、技术集成与互操作性、规模扩展与可持续发展.探讨实证案例,评估应用效果和优势.

Abstract

This paper describes the limitations of traditional power regulation,the definition,goals,advantages,and significance of integrated power regulation.It proposes an integrated technology and framework for power regulation based on smart grids,analyzes the challenges and solutions it faces,including security and privacy protection,technology integration and interoperability,scale expansion and sustainable development.It explores empirical cases,evaluates application effectiveness and advantages.
