摘要

阐述电力调控信息化的目标、对能源系统的影响,分析云计算对电力调控信息化的作用.提出基于云计算环境的电力调控信息化技术与框架,包括数据采集与传输、数据存储与管理、数据分析与挖掘、调度与优化.针对云计算环境下电力调控信息化面临的挑战,探讨解决方案,并分析应用案例.

Abstract

This paper describes the goals of power regulation informatization,its impact on energy systems,and analyzes the role of cloud computing in power regulation informatization.It proposes an information technology and framework for power regulation based on cloud computing environment,including data collection and transmission,data storage and management,data analysis and mining,scheduling and optimization.In response to the challenges faced by power regulation informatization in the cloud computing environment,it explores solutions and analyzes application cases.
