Analysis of Electro-optic Modulation Device Simulation of BaTiO3 Integrated Metasurface for Optical Network Modulation
This paper expounds the design of an electro-optical modulator combined with the high electro-optical coefficient of barium titanatea and light-modulated metasurface.The transmission spectra of the modulator's simulated modulation are analyzed,and successful 100%optical intensity modulation is achieved near the 1550 nm wavelength band.
