Design of Low-power Active Integrated Bandpass Filter Based on Wide Tuning
This paper describes an active integrated bandpass filter design with a wide tuning range, low power consumption, and compact size. This approach utilized novel active inductors to replace traditional passive inductors, significantly reducing the filter's size and weight. Moreover,by improving the active inductor circuit, the filter's tuning range was enhanced, enabling it to meet the requirements of different application scenarios. The filter was designed using a 65nm CMOS process, and simulation results showed that its center frequency could be tuned within the 2~6GHz range, with the return loss(S11)at the center frequency being less than-20dB throughout this range. The circuit's power consumption ranged from 1.7 to 3.1mW under a 1.2V supply, and the layout size was only 368μm×319μm.
