Design of a 3D LiDAR System Based on Micro Mirrors and Double-sided Rotating Mirrors
This paper describes a semi-solid-state LiDAR system based on mechanical and all-solid-state LiDAR,using a MEMS(Micro-Electro-Mechanical System)micro-oscillator with a rotating mirror to achieve three-dimensional scanning,and completing a scanning range of 120° of horizontal field-of-view(HFOV),10° of vertical field-of-view(VFOV),with a horizontal field-of-view(HFOV)resolution of 9.2°,vertical field-of-view(VFOV)The resolution is 0.5°,and the 3D scanning surface is a triangular wave.Another low-cost solution is proposed for the semi-solid-state 3D LIDAR.
