This paper expounds the characteristics of UAVs in the operation and maintenance of transmission lines,and explores various application scenarios of UAV technology,including implementing line inspection and monitoring,rapid fault diagnosis,and evaluating damage after natural disasters,in order to improve work efficiency and reduce safety risks.
