This paper describes the composition of smart meters and centralized reading systems,and explores the functions of smart meter centralized reading systems in line loss management,including data transmission and storage,electricity metering and freezing,intelligent metering parameters,as well as dynamic monitoring of electricity data and remote monitoring of line loss.
