Analysis of Production Education Joint Teaching Strategy for Integrated Circuit Field Engineers
This paper expounds the issues in the training of on-site integrated circuit engineers,proposes measures to establish a joint training community for on-site integrated circuit engineers through industry and education,analyzes the integrated circuit education chain,talent chain,job chain,and industry chain,in order to achieve complementary advantages between university teachers and enterprise on-site engineering and technical talents,and optimize the exchange mechanism of personnel dispatch between schools and enterprises.
