Analysis of Method for Achieving Temporal Convergence in Ultra Large Scale SoC Modular Groups
This paper describes that by grouping the modules included in the ultra large scale SoC,reading the data level of relevant modules and the number of timing violations within the module group,the overall data level of SoC repair is reduced by nearly 60% .It analyzes the effectiveness of synchronizing module groups for large-scale SoC timing repair.
