This paper expounds that the existing anti fraud models in the industry are single and have a high rate of misjudgment,making it difficult to achieve good results.It analyzes the difficulties of telecommunications fraud governance,proposes corresponding governance ideas and response methods.It discusses the key technologies of Internet anti fraud and telephone anti fraud,and gives application cases.
