阐述锅炉管长期在高温高压和蒸汽的环境下,氧化皮堆积量达到一定程度时,会导致管道局部堵塞,引发爆管事故.针对现有磁性无损检测方法对于弱铁磁性锅炉管内氧化皮难以定量检测的难题,研制可应用于现场的一种基于远场静磁法的氧化皮检测仪器.介绍仪器的组成、软件功能的实现以及操作方式,并进行现场实验验证.
Analysis of Hardware Implementation of Far-field Static Magnetic Detection Technology for Oxide Scale Blockage
This paper expounds that when boiler tubes are exposed to high temperature,high pressure,and steam for a long time,when the accumulation of oxide skin reaches a certain level,it can lead to local blockage of the pipeline and cause pipe explosion accidents.It faces the challenge of quantitative detection of oxide scale inside weakly ferromagnetic boiler tubes using existing magnetic non-destructive testing methods,and develops an oxide scale detection instrument based on far-field static magnetic method that can be applied in the field.It introduces the composition of the instrument,implementation of software functions,and operation methods,and conducts on-site experimental verification.
