阐述一种存储器的数据读取的方法及读取电路,存储器包括预充电模块、位线、多个存储单元、放大器模块和反馈控制模块.通过增加反馈控制模块,基于至少一个历史读取周期的读取结果,可以控制当前读取周期的数据读取过程,进而提高数据读取的准确度.
Abstract
This paper describes a method and reading circuit for data reading in a memory,which includes a pre charging module,bit lines,multiple storage units,amplifier module,and feedback control module.By adding a feedback control module,based on the reading results of at least one historical reading cycle,it can control the data reading process of the current reading cycle,thereby improving the accuracy of data reading.
