阐述以工程映画机为分析对象,采用集成产品开发(IPD)方法作为理论基础,借助其规范化的研发管理手段和相关理论知识,从概念的提出到产品开发生产、售后服务的全过程,对产品的设计生产进行管理,在此基础上进行针对性的设计研发.
Abstract
This paper describes the analysis of engineering projection machines,using the Integrated Product Development(IPD)method as the theoretical basis,and utilizing its standardized research and development management methods and relevant theoretical knowledge,to manage the design and production of products throughout the entire process from concept proposal to product development,production,and after-sales service.Based on this,targeted design and research and development are carried out.
