Abstract
This paper describes the application and practical strategies of information technology(IT)operation and maintenance management,introduces network operation and maintenance management methods,including the application of network monitoring and management tools,techniques for network configuration and optimization,and methods for network troubleshooting and recovery.It explores the application areas of IT operation and maintenance management from the perspective of network equipment,servers,and data center operation and maintenance management,and analyzes practical countermeasures for IT operation and maintenance management.
