摘要
阐述智能电气阀门定位器中的气动调节阀控制特点,它具备故障诊断功能.为此,研制的智能电气阀门定位器,通过增加微低功耗压力传感器、自诊断电路,以及多变量的融合算法,使其不但具有故障自诊断功能,而且具有阀门故障的诊断与预警功能.
Abstract
This paper describes the control characteristics of pneumatic regulating valves in intelligent electrical valve positioners and their fault diagnosis functions.The developed intelligent electrical valve positioner not only has fault self diagnosis function,but also has valve fault diagnosis and warning function by adding micro low power pressure sensors,self diagnostic circuits,and multi variable fusion algorithms.
