阐述电力系统高压电气试验的技术问题及原因,包括接地不规范、试验设施没有接地、外界环境变化、避雷器问题.分析塑料绝缘带、避雷器引线所产生的问题原因,以提高试验技术的应用水平.
Abstract
This paper expounds the technical issues and reasons for high-voltage electrical testing in power systems,including non-standard grounding,lack of grounding of testing facilities,changes in external environment,and issues with lightning arresters.Analyze the causes of problems with plastic insulation tape and lightning arrester leads to improve the application level of testing technology.
