This paper describes the composition of the new high-voltage electric energy metering equipment testing device,discusses the testing technology of high-voltage electric energy metering equipment,analyzes the design of Internet plus high-voltage electric energy metering device testing technology,introduces the framework design and the main functions of the system,in order to build an overall error traceability system.
