Abstract
This paper describes the PSCADA/EMTP software platform,the information model and communication protocol based on the IEC61850-9-2 standard,and the network command system structure based on the B/S architecture.It analyzes the specific functions of the network command system and verifies the effectiveness of the design scheme through simulation experiments.
