阐述组织画像的特点、模型构建原理,设计城市电网企业组织画像模型,结合数字化转型的背景,开展数字化应用场景的设计,包括组织画像框架、组织画像基本内容.对模型进行数据可视化处理,为企业决策的制定和优化赋能.
Abstract
This paper describes the characteristics of organizational portraits,the principles of model construction,and designs an organizational portrait model for urban power grid enterprises.In the context of digital transformation,it carries out the design of digital application scenarios,including organizational portrait framework and basic content of organizational portrait.It performs data visualization processing on the model,providing technical support for the formulation and optimization of enterprise decisions.
