Design of Adaptive Soft Drive Control Circuit
This paper describes the design of an adaptive soft drive control circuit.The circuit utilizes dynamic digital signals to control a variable drive current array switch to achieve periodic adjustment of the power MOSFET drive current.It can achieve the function of adaptive adjustment of the drive current of the flyback power supply primary-side power tube.The circuit can reduce the current spike generated during switching effectively,reduce the loss of the switch tube,and improve EMI.
