Analysis of Electrostatic Protection Strategy for CMOS Hybrid Voltage Interface Circuit
This paper describes the electrostatic protection strategy of CMOS hybrid voltage interface circuits.It explores methods for testing the ESD performance of stacked NMOS and mixed voltage interface circuits without special ESD protection.In order to solve the ESD problem of mixed voltage interface circuits,it implements three different ESD protection schemes in a targeted manner,and provides specific circuit designs and test results.
