Application of Machine Learning in TCAD Teaching of Integrated Devices
This paper describes the advantages of machine learning technology and analyzes its application characteristics in integrated device TCAD technology.It proposes machine learning based integrated device feature extraction,electrical performance modeling,and optimization design techniques to enhance the application of TCAD technology in response to the current status of TCAD technology courses.
