This paper describes the characteristics and advantages of the application of GIS visualization technology in the agricultural field,and introduces the application examples of the combination of Internet of Things edge computing and GIS visualization technology,including the application in agricultural environment monitoring and crop growth state monitoring,as well as in disaster risk assessment.
