Analysis of Multi Modal Medical Image Segmentation Algorithm Based on GNN
This paper describes multimodal medical image segmentation algorithms based on graph neural networks(GNN).To solve the problems of image complexity and information fusion,taking the practical application of a case hospital as an example,it proposes a multi-level and multi-scale GNN model that effectively integrates different modal information,significantly improves segmentation accuracy,and provides innovative methods and feasible technical support for medical image analysis.
