阐述CANopen协议是在CAN总线应用层的基础上发展起来的应用层协议,其中服务数据对象(SDO)和SDO通信常用于CANopen主站对从节点的参数配置,保证数据传输的准确性.以工程机械起重机为实例,提出一种基于CANopen协议的加速SDO的传输过程及车辆系统标定优化方法,实现工程机械车辆快速标定.
Analysis of a Vehicle System Calibration Optimization Method Based on SDO Expedited Transfer of CANopen Application Layer and Communication Protocol
This paper expounds that the CANopen communication protocol is an application layer protocol developed on the basis of CAN bus application layer.Service Data Objects(SDOs)and SDO services are often used to configure parameters of CANopen master to slave nodes to ensure the accuracy of data transmission.Taking the construction machinery crane as an example,it proposes a method of accelerating SDO transfer and optimized vehicle system calibration based on CANopen protocol,which realizes the rapid calibration of construction machinery vehicles.
