This paper describes the theoretical basis of the adaptive thermal network model for power device parameters.It analyzes the thermal characteristics and parameters of power devices,introduces the basic principles of thermal network models,and describes the thermal behavior of power devices by establishing their thermal conduction paths.It proposes a method for establishing an adaptive thermal network model,adjusting the model parameters based on actual power device parameters.This adaptive model can improve the thermal management performance of power devices.
