This paper describes the interconnection and interoperability technology of multi machine systems based on OPC UA.It introduces the OPC UA Information Modeling Specification and the Machine System Information Model.In terms of interconnection architecture,explore key components such as C/S structure,events,aggregation servers,and Web Services.It proposes a multi machine system interconnection and interoperability verification platform,which verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the technology through practical application cases.
