This paper describes the development and talent cultivation status of China's integrated circuit industry,analyzes the reasons for the lack of talent elements in the integrated circuit industry chain,proposes a three in one education model based on"introduction absorption development",establishes a complete talent cultivation system,and achieves the upgrading of the integrated circuit industry chain.
