This paper describes the key scenario construction ideas in the digital transformation of the power grid,and explores the digital improvement solutions for key business scenarios,including reasonable digital analysis of construction periods,digital progress dashboards for early management,coordinated digital management,digital design management,digital sharing of technical standards for new technologies,and intelligent assistance for creating excellence and improving quality.It introduces the digital enhancement plan for basic management scenarios from the aspects of deepening design review scenarios,intelligent integration of infrastructure materials,and improvement of environmental management scenarios.
