摘要

阐述高速精密冲床送料机的设计,包括送料方式选择、释放功能设置、驱动与动力传输方案规划.并以某曲柄摇杆式送料机为探讨对象,分析设备的机构及缺陷,提出针对性的解决措施.

Abstract

This paper describes the design of a high-speed precision punch press feeder,including the selection of feeding methods,setting of release functions,and planning of drive and power transmission schemes.It takes a crank rocker type feeder as the research object,analyzes the mechanism and defects of the equipment,and proposes targeted solutions.
