This paper expounds the problems in traditional electrical engineering comprehensive training courses,proposes methods for cultivating and decomposing the ability to solve complex engineering problems,and conducts teaching in stages.Practice has shown that the four stage practical teaching can help improve students'ability to solve complex engineering problems.
